This One Shift Can Accelerate Your Fat Loss Progress!

The wellness industry is built on the search for the magic pill.

Many "pros" and " gurus" will point to the latest research to support their claims.

Yet so many of these studies and research are done in highly controlled situations that just don't translate to the real world very well.

Many of the people in fat loss studies are having their meals prepped and carefully measured to ensure compliance. They are then placed under a specific training routine to ensure proper output. They aren't allowed access to technology to ensure better stress levels, etc.

People don't have these luxuries in the real world.

If you want to transform, it’s time to stop chasing fads, trends and even the validation of certain studies.

To get great results you don't have to do keto, drink PH water, get rid of every artificial sweetener, red light glasses, sauna, cold plunge, etc.

Instead, focus on the primary movers-the one or two things that by "fixing" will make the biggest difference in your results.

Too many people are obsessing over the wrong things. I have seen clients obsess over gluten free foods, stress over low sugar coffee creamer, insist on non-fat yogurt but then also snack on 1000 calories of nuts everyday!!

You must remember the number 1 rule of fat loss: A caloric deficit. AKA less calories than your body needs.

Sometimes the best way to do this is to remove the one biggest hurdle, not the 10 small ones.

If you are finding yourself burnt out and frustrated with your results, it may be a good idea to sit back down and take inventory on your day and your behaviors.

Walk yourself through the morning. What are you eating, drinking?
Then onto lunch, dinner, snacks, etc.

There are certainly 1 or 2 things that if you eliminated or got a better handle on, would help you exponentially going forward.
