At 27, I was in peak physical condition, but then life threw me a curveball. After collapsing in a hospital waiting room, I spent four days searching for answers that never came.

This wasn't just a physical crisis; it was a wake-up call for my soul.

I realized that my quest for the perfect body was actually a mask for deeper issues. I was an introvert with high social anxiety, always comparing myself to others. Even at my healthiest, I didn't truly feel healthy or content. My life felt chaotic despite my physical achievements.

The hospital experience left me with more questions than answers: Why was I not feeling as healthy as I looked? Was my life really about mere physical health, or was there more to it? The realization hit hard—I didn't like myself much, despite my outward success.

I embarked on a journey not just of physical fitness, but of self-discovery and mental health. I redefined what health meant to me, beyond muscles and body fat percentage. It was about peace, self-respect, and meaningful relationships.

In the years that followed, I transformed my life:
-Led wellness retreats in the Amazon, connecting with nature and others.
-Started a family with my soulmate, nurturing love and life.
-Spoke publicly about holistic health, sharing insights gained from my own struggles.
-Traveled extensively, gaining perspective from over 30 locations in the US.
-Coached hundreds, helping them find their path to a balanced life.

Now, I live a life where health, happiness, and relationships are in harmony.

My mission? To inspire and guide others towards living a truly fit life that supports a great life.
