How Are You Feeling?
Almost a month into 2022….
How are you feeling in your body right now?
Achy? Full? Uncomfortable? Tired?
Maybe amazing?
What (if anything) is standing in the way of you experiencing your life/health/body the way you'd like to?
Hard truth: Not knowing what to do is not an answer. Its an excuse. There is more than enough info out there to start. The truth is there is no one answer or solution. You can literally start anywhere and adjust from there.
So what’s the problem? Why aren't you doing what you know you should?
From my experience, people don't change because they don't want to...
or
they don't have enough belief or trust in themselves that they can do it. Maybe you’ve been reinforced your whole life that you weren't good enough as you are. Making inspired change from that foundational belief is brutally tough.
So how do you break away from that belief and change? There's no one way but I can speak from experience that seeking out others who have accomplished what you intend is one way as well as putting yourself in their presence. Its one of the reasons I feel the people I get to work with do so well. We have each other in the process.
Building belief in yourself is the first step to making real change. Its a responsibility I take very serious as a coach and teacher.
So I ask again, how are you feeling in your body? Where could you feel better?
