Change

Change can be tough for many.

We tend to look at our goal as so far away. We beat ourselves up for how " bad" we feel or how "bad" we behave instead of putting our focus on what would actually help us. It's not that we don't want to be aware of what's holding us back but from my experience people are very hard on themselves. So hard that they never get around to starting. Living with shame and guilt is difficult.

What if you put your focus on 2 or 3 things that’d make the biggest impact. Those 2 or 3 things may take care of the other 20 things you’re sitting with each day. The 20 things that are so heavy and crippling that you can't bare to get yourself to take one step forward.

From my experience you’re much closer than you think. One thing at a time. Its often the idea or thought that what you're looking to accomplish is going to be hard or that there's too much to do or the info is too overwhelming that keeps us from moving forward in our health and life goals.

Its in the mind not necessarily in the actions themselves that things are hard.

Whatever area of your life that seems overwhelming right now think on what 2 or 3 things would make the biggest positive impact. What 2 or 3 things would take care of much of the rest?
